Serviced Apartments Summer 2010

These luxury serviced apartments in Merchiston, Edinburgh were fitted with the latest in home technology to provide the developer with a product offering that was attactive as a chic alternative to local accomodation. Office Space Winter 2008

The client was looking to maximize energy efficiency with this three storey stone-built Edinburgh townhouse - a type of building that is notoriously inefficient when it comes to energy management.
